Ivyco Company Team Building Activity
This year, Ivyco organized a team building activity with the theme of "Coexistence and Prosperity" at the Shangqian factory. The participants of this activity involved various departments, workshops, and lines, which greatly promoted the communication and understanding among employees.
The sports meeting integrated the three elements of corporate culture, sports and entertainment, and set up five challenging and interesting group competitions and individual events. Four teams composed of employees from various departments competed fiercely on the sports field. The teams were full of fighting spirit, exerted all their efforts, and worked together to strive for success, fully reflecting the good mental outlook of Ivyco employees who worked hard, united, and positive.
This team building activity fully stimulated and enhanced team cohesion and collaboration capabilities with the help of a series of innovative team cooperation games and in-depth interactive sessions. Starting from the football throwing competition, through the thrilling spinning, the wits contest of making human-shaped trains, the 60-second tacit flour passing competition, to the strategic feast of tug-of-war, this series of carefully designed game links not only deeply explores and tests the personal potential of each participant, but also sublimates the teamwork ability. In laughter and challenges, the participants worked hand in hand, supported each other, and overcame difficulties together.
