Come to 3D image file→Beater board (7 days)→Both parties confirmed that the prototype was correct (it took 2 days for both parties to confirm back and forth)→Modeling (mold analysis) (7 days)→Mold opening (mold processing) (30 days)→Trial mold (assembly)→Modify the mold (correct the mold)→Mold cavity surface treatment (polishing, etching)→Mold trial production (assembly qualified)→Mold acceptance (both parties)→Official start of finished product production

The customer chooses the style we have designed and takes a look at the sample. If there are no problems, we provide the customer's logo. We make matching cloth labels, cartons, instructions, etc., and package them according to the customer's appearance packaging design.
